I'm Fatima. For the past few years I've worked inside a salon business, running social media and operations: the content, the Instagram, the appointment book, the phone that always rings mid-colour, and everything happening on the floor.

That job gave me a front-row seat to where service businesses lose time. Repetitive DMs. Follow-ups that slip. Scheduling done by hand, one message at a time. None of it is hard. It just never ends.

So I started building AI automations to handle it. Today I design automation systems for service businesses, starting with salons, the industry I know from the inside out.
